These are FABULOUS! We have trouble keeping them in the house when we make them for our personal consumption:)
These are organic carrots, store bought during the off season from the local co-op.
These come in three heats - Dilled, Spicy and Super Spicy.

Ingredients: In every jar
Organic Carrots
Vinegar
Water
Peppercorn
Honey
Salt
Bay Leaves

Added in Dilled:
Fresh Dill
Mustard seed

Added Spices in Spicy
Jalapeño Peppers

Added Spices in Super Spicy
Jalapeño Peppers
Chili Peppers

Added upon request in replacement of the peppers for that heat. (Example, Habanero instead of Chili peppers)
Carrot Peppers ( looks like a carrot, has a heat a little stronger than a chili pepper)
Habanero Peppers
Fiery Mix ( home grown and only available in MN growing season). Heat is very hot, I’d say in between a Habanero and Ghost Pepper
Carolina Reaper ( we use a half unless a whole is requested)
